Trained by the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI)

So much more than building core muscles, Pilates makes you use your whole body – it has helped me develop my strength and conditioning, so much so that my performance in triathlon has escalated. 

Developed to integrate both the mind and body through body awareness and postural control. Designed to improve quality of movement by stretching, strengthening and restoring the body’s natural ‘balance’ – Pilates has become a core element in my treatment.


It’s an exercise class and a highly beneficial lifestyle choice that complements sporting and recreational activities for all ages and all abilities. Book a class – see how Pilates helps you.

Beginners

If you have never tried Pilates, I would highly recommend a one-to-one class. You can learn the foundations in the comfort of your own home, online via a personal meeting or face to face.

Advanced

This class offers a new and exciting approach to your sports training. I developed my group sessions from drills and lessons used by some of the world’s most elite athletes.
