NOT ALL COACHES

TRAIN, TREAT + COMPETE

Hello, I'm Diana

The Athlete

“Not all coaches treat, train and compete. But that’s how I know I can help you achieve your goal. I know how to help prevent injury and how to heal them. I know what it takes to progress faster, grow stronger, and stay motivated. I know what it feels like to dig deep for the fire that fuels you when all energy is gone.

Marathon. Triathlon. Ironman. Every challenge I set myself pushes me out of my comfort zone to achieve it. After I ran the London Marathon for the first time, I never dreamed that years later I would be completing an Ironman or racing as part of Team GB for my age group at the Triathlon World Championships Gold Coast of Australia in 2018 and Lausanne in Switzerland in 2019. By planning ahead, focussing on technique and training hard, every session you move a step closer to exceeding your limits and achieving your goal. Never quit – Dream. Believe. Compete.”
